Members may choose a tailored shipping service through our transport partners. The transport service selected by the member and service provided is the sole responsibility of the transport partner. Treeplomatic is exempt from any liability to the member for failure or delay in shipping/delivery although we will be on hand to assist and resolve issues that may arise as a result of any failure or delay.
